Experiential Anatomy
Come study anatomy from the best resource in the field: your own body and mind. It's 2:45—do you know where your spleen is? Knowing more about anatomy can enrich your ability to move safely and gracefully. Using the principles of Embodyoga®, a yogic system designed to bring consciousness to all the tissues of the body, we will study the innate wisdom of the body and learn to move from the various body systems individually (i.e.: musculo-skeletal system, the nervous system, the circulatory system and the vestibular system) in order to create greater integration and grace within your yoga practice.
Appropriate for all levels (including beginners.)

Experiential Anatomy Part 2: Spine and Pelvis
A special focus in this session will be the health, anatomy, physiology and alignment of the hips, spine and sacroiliac joints.

Intro to Yoga Philosophy: Tantra
This conversation will cover basic principles of Tantric stories, texts, philosophy and practices. The word "tantra" in its basic form means to weave or to weave together. This course will introduce ways you can weave this life-affirming system into your daily life. Tantra teaches its practitioners to meditate with eyes open: to look again at the ordinary world in an extraordinary way, to recognize that your own life experiences can be your greatest teacher. The seat of the teacher will move in this class: come prepared to ask the tough questions and to tell your own story as a means to inspire others.
